In order to provide the best service possible, there may be times classes will be added, changed, and/or deleted.  19-30 classes are scheduled weekly, 76-120 classes monthly.  Deluxe and Group Exercise memberships offer UNLIMITED VISITS to all scheduled classes.  
Punch Card Visits are also available.
The Group Exercise Class Schedule could be modified based on demand, seasonal changes, new up to date classes, instructor staff change and/or when a sub instructor is scheduled.
Sub Instructors may need to be scheduled at times due to vacations, illness, emergencies, etc. 
Note:  a sub instructor may change the format of the class scheduled a little bit or a lot depending on the type of class scheduled and/or the available of sub instructors.  Additions, Changes and Deletions will be notified ASAP.  Due to illness, emergencies, etc. some additions, changes and deletions may have to change immediately based on the circumstances. 

Check List:
  • Bring your own exercise mat.  If you forget your mat, we have a few to lend out.  We also sell exercise mats for $19.99 + tax.
  • Studio Cycling/Spinning Classes:  bring a hand towel for your handle bars, your water or we sell water for $1.25, plus there's a drinking fountain.
  • Wear good workout shoes, comfortable workout clothes & at times is a good idea to layer dress.
  • Bring your own lock & towel for the locker room.

It’s super motivating with circuit training stations using a variety of fun effective exercise equipment and accessories along with pumping music that energizes your body to MOVE!
The circuits are set up for all fitness levels.  Each circuit offers different levels so each participate can do a workout that’s right for you.  
Beginner to Advance levels are taught.
